Almond Oil For Baby's skin?

 My personal experience

As my baby's skin was getting driyer, I bought baby lotion (mustella). My baby girl Skin got dryer than before, and she also got rash  all over over her body. I went to see a doctor, he recommended me to use oils instead of lotions. Lotions have chemical and the constistency of lotios is too thick which can clog pore.

I decided to use natural oil, but i didnt't know which one to use. My friend advised me "Almond oil" because she was already  using it on her baby. I tried it, it worked perfectly good on my baby skin. No more rash or dry skin. My baby's skin is moisturized for long hours. When I feel like her skin is not moisturized enough, I use few drops of oil on every diaper changing. i do it it especially in writter time. I do not use any kind of almond oil, i use cold press pure almond oil. i also use almond oil for massaging.

Caution

First of all, i would like to let you know that i am not a pediatrician. I just gave you my experience. If your baby skin has problems, i recommend you see a pediatrician first before using any new product on your baby skin. Make sure you also checked the date for use on package  before purchasing any procduct especially when it is for your little one.

knowing that baby's skin is very sensitive, you need to be very gentle. I used to use a lot of oil on my baby's skin, and it caused her some rashes because of excess oil that is left on her skin for long time. then, i decided to only use few drops of almond oil , so that her skin absorbs it entirely.

For the first time,I did a sensitivity test. i used almond oil on her arm, i observed for a day to see how my baby's skin will react. Her skin was okay, she din't have any bad reaction. I really like almond oil, I ink it's one of the best oil for skin moisturizing. It has a light texture and will not clog pore.
